Im a regular shopper at this store. The afternoon associates are awesome! Tonight, there was only one cashier 25 minutes prior to closing and there were 5 people in line. I went to the other registers and an associate was going to help me, but customer service wouldn't let her open a cash register. I told the associate and CS that there was only one cashier and a long line. Nothing was done. The poor cashier was overwhelmed, but apologetic. Not good customer service
Love love love this store! This department store keeps giving back. Coupons , Discounts and a friendly environment. Nice selection of clothes at reseasonable prices.
