Stopped by La-Z_Boy today to get a chair for may father's assisted living room. I was pleased that when I asked to look around, I was left alone and when I wanted help, I was attended to promptly and with no upsell attempts. I found exactly what I was looking for and also felt respected and supported.
I have been shopping around at multiple places for a couch. Never did I think I could afford one that was good quality and was from LaZ-Boy. I was actually shocked when I went into the Glenview location on Willow and Patriot. I felt no pressure at all, found a couple couches I liked asked for dimensions and the had them for me within a couple minutes. Great staff! Great warranty! Great price! I am so glad I went in there and found something I could afford! So excited and can't wait till it gets here!
Sharon was extremely helpful and informative. After hearing our needs for a chair she immediately directed us to the perfect chair. We did try other chairs in the store, but we ended up buying the first one she showed us. She is a fantastic sales associate.
Absolutely wonderful, the service was great. Emma was amazing, really helped us see the big picture which helped us decide. Without that I dont think it would have been easy. Regina was so sweet, she helped us find a perfect couch that fit what we both wanted at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!
